Why we need people
Shongo runs several streams of work at once: our own products, new ventures being explored, and engineering for the businesses we partner with. Each product moves through prototype, alpha, beta and launch, and every stage needs hands.
We hire for real work on real products. People who join us work on software that ships, alongside experienced engineers, and learn the standards we hold ourselves to.
How we hire
We keep it simple and fair: a conversation about what you want to do, a look at work you've done or a short practical task, and a clear answer. We welcome people early in their careers as well as experienced specialists.
